NOTES The recent rise of the football programs at Fresno State, Boise State, and Hawaii have made the WAC a more respected Non-BCS conference, something they have been lacking since the formation of the Mountain West Conference and when BYU won the 1985 National Championship as a WAC school (the only Non-BCS School to do so).
