The Provisional District of Saskatchewan was a federal Electoral District represented in the Canadian House Of Commons . It was located in the Territory of Northwest Territories . This Riding was first created for the Canadian Federal Election of 1887 . It was abolished upon the creation of the modern province of Saskatchewan in 1905 .
