Information About

Polo (mint)

Polo is a mint that was launched in 1948 and quickly became the market leader in its field. From the beginning, the line established itself as "The Mint with the Hole". Polo Mints are highly compressed rings of sugar and glucose flavoured with high quality peppermint oil specially selected to give a smooth, clean and fresh flavour. Each Polo is shaped under immense pressure - roughly equivalent to two elephants jumping on it.

Other products in the Polo range include Polo Spearmint , launched in 1994, Polo Sugar Free , in which the sugar is replaced by sorbitol, and Polo Minimints .
