The Millennium Tower is a planned architectural structure that will be built in a specifically designed bay in Hong Kong . The completed tower would stand at a height that would be twice the size of today's tallest buildings and will be similar to Sky City in Tokyo . It was conceived by the Obayashi Corporation , and was designed by Foster And Partners .
