Henry Lane Wilson

Wilson was born in Columbus, New Mexico , and was involved with Álvaro Obregón , Venustiano Carranza , Pancho Villa , and Gustavo A. Madero in the Mexican Revolution . He was captured at the Battle Of Celaya . As a US Ambassador To Mexico , he arranged meetings between Felix Diaz and General Bernardo Reyes in order to oust President Francisco I. Madero . He was United States Ambassador under the presidencies of Theodore Roosevelt (1901-1909) and William Howard Taft (1909-1913).
