The concept was borrowed from lawn tennis' Grand Slam . In 2000 and 2001 Robert Fahey earned back-to-back Grand Slams. A recently as 2003 Tim Chisholm held all four titles at the same time, however one was from a previous calendar year, so it was not technically a Grand Slam.
