He was an early critic of the Warren Commission . Epstein attended Cornell University during the 1960s, where he receieved his BA. His Master's thesis, also at Cornell, was the influential ''Inquest: The Warren Commission and the Establishment of Truth'', amongst the first publications to critically examine the Commission. Epstein writes the "Hollywood Economist" column for '' Slate.com '' and has authored a book published in 2005 entitled''The Big Picture: The New Logic of Money and Power in Hollywood'' EXTERNAL LINKS
