A Double Decker is a candy bar made by Cadbury , introduced in 1976 . It consists of a two layer bar covered in Milk Chocolate . The lower (crunchy) layer is made of crisped cereals, and the upper (chewy) layer of Nougat ine. The whole is flavoured with a small amount of Coffee . |
