She and Richard were married in Westminster Abbey on 22 January , 1383 . They had no children. Anne's death, from plague, twelve years later, was a devastating blow to Richard, whose subsequent unwise conduct lost him the throne. She is buried at Westminster . She is said to have been a very kind person and popular with the people of England . Richard married his second wife Isabella of Valois on 31 October , 1396 . |
