The head Rabbi s are also know as ''Admorim'' (Hebrew אדמור, which is the Acronym for "אדונינו מורינו ורבינו" ''"Adonainu Morainu V'Rabainu"'', "Our master, Our teacher, and Our Rabbi"), who are located in Monsey, New York and Bnei Brak in Israel .

Rabbi Mordechai Hager is the Viznitzer Rebbe in Monsey and Rabbi Moshe Yehoshua Hager is the Viznitzer Rebbe is Bnei Brak. They are sons of Rabbi Chaim Meir Hager, author of ''Imrei Chaim''. His father was Rabbi Israel Hager, author of ''Ahavas Yisroel''. His father was Rabbi Menachem Mendel Hager, founding Viznitzer Rebbe, author of ''Tzemach Tzaddik''. He was the son-in-law of Rabbi Israel of Ruzhin, and a scion of the Kosover Dynasty.

The Viznitzer Rebbe in Bnei Brak has two sons and four daughters. His daughters married famous Rabbis. One daughter married Rabbi Menachem Ernster, the Rosh Yeshiva of Viznitz Yeshiva in Bnei Brak . One daughter married Rabbi David Twersky, the Skverrer Rebbe from New Square , NY. One daughter married Rabbi Issachar Ber Rokeach, the Belzer Rebbe from Jerusalem . And the other daughter married Rabbi Aaron Teitelbaum , Grand Rabbi of Satmar in Monroe , NY, eldest son of the previous Satmar Rebbe from Williamsburg, Rabbi Moshe Tietelbaum. His two sons are Rabbi Yisroel and Rabbi Mendel, the Av Beit Din of the Vizhnitzer congregation in Bnei Brak.

Grand Rabbi Eliezer Hager is the Seret Viznitz Rebbe in Haifa , Israel , he is a first-cousin of the Rebbes of Bnei Brak and Monsey.

There is also a Shotz-Viznitz Rebbe in Haifa , E. Israel, a nephew of the Seret Viznitzer Rebbe.

Grand Rebbe Shraga Hager, the Kosover Rebbe of Brooklyn follows many of the customs of Viznitz.

Grand Rebbe Shmuel Yaakov Kahn , the Toldos Avrohom Yitzchok Rebbe of Jerusalem was a student of Rebbe Chaim Meir of Viznitz, and has adopted many of the customs of Viznitz.
