The charges were later dropped. Willis was arrested again in July 2005 in San Francisco for possession of a Handgun and cocaine. At the time of the arrest, it was reported that Willis also had an outstanding Warrant for Narcotic s. Willis failed to make a court hearing in October later the same year because, according to his lawyer, he was "scheduled for surgery".
