United Progressive Party (antigua And Barbuda)

The United Progressive Party is the main governing Political Party in Antigua And Barbuda . It is led by Baldwin Spencer and has the majority of seats in the Antiguan House Of Representatives . UPP was formed in 1992 through a merger of Antigua Caribbean Liberation Movement , the Progressive Labour Movement and the United National Democratic Party .
At the last Elections , 24 march 2004, the party won 55.3 % of popular votes and 12 out of 17 seats.
