Two Liberty Place is the second tallest Skyscraper in Philadelphia , and the 31st tallest in the United States , stretching 58 Floor s to 848 ft (258m). The tower was completed in 1990 , and since then no taller building has been built in Pennsylvania . In June of 2002 the Shorenstein Company acquired the Building for just over $200 million.
