Tortosa ( Latin '''Dertusa''', Arabic '''طرطوشة''' '''Ṭurṭūšah''') is the capital of the '' Comarca '' of Baix Ebre , in the province of Tarragona , in Catalonia , Spain , located at 12 metres above the sea, by the Ebre river.
