Torba is the northernmost province of Vanuatu , including the Banks Islands and the Torres Islands . The name Torba is derived from the initial letters of Torres and Banks (or Torres, Rowa and Banks). It has a population of 7,870 people and an area of 882 km&2. Its capital is Sola .
