''Too Much Information'' was the third single to be released of Duran Duran 's 1993 album, '' Duran Duran '', popularly known as ''The Wedding Album''.

The cassette single was released on August 23 , 1993 , and those who bought the cassette single received a free ''No Ordinary EP'' cassette with live tracks ("Hungry Like the Wolf", "Notorious", "Come Undone") from a performance at Tower Records a few months before. The CD single was released on the same day.

The video for "Too Much Information" was video filmed in Santa Monica on August 27 .

On September 4th, "Too Much Information" peaked at #35 in United Kingdom, and at #45 in the United States.

Even though the single didn't do as well as the previous singles, "Come Undone" and "Ordinary World", it is still a favourite among Duran Duran fans.
