  • 180 metres without fins, set in Tokyo on March 14 2006 ; and

  • 212 metres with fins in a 25 metre pool on July 10 , 2005 at the AIDA Hellas 2005 Summer Apnea Games.


Sietas also holds the current world record in static apnea: 8 minutes and 58 seconds submerged in a pool without breathing, set on December 12 , 2004 .
