Tom Kenny

Tom Kenny (born July 13 , 1962 in East Syracuse, New York ) (also known as Thomas J. Kenny) is a Voice Actor who is perhaps best known for his work in the Animated Series '' SpongeBob SquarePants '', in which he is the voice of The Title Character , the narrator, Patchy the Pirate, and a number of other characters. Besides voice acting, he was also a cast member of the HBO Sketch Comedy program '' Mr. Show '' where he worked with wife Jill Talley , And is the Vice President of 4Kids Entertainment .
