He is married to Carol Stamper and has three children; Joe, Katie and Kimberely. Main article: House Of Cards Tim Stamper is also the name of a character in the BBC 's '' House Of Cards '' and '' To Play The King '' series. Stamper is one of Francis Urquhart's closest friends and aides; in the first series, he plays a Junior Whip to Urquhart's Chief Whip ; in the second, he himself is Chief Whip and later Conservative Party Chairman . Stamper did not appear in the books on which the series was based. |
