The Rock got its name from two sources: NBC's headquarters at Rockefeller Center ; and that of Ronne Rock, the general manager of KXAN in Austin, TX, who commissioned the package. The collection features a total of between 75 and 100 cuts of opens, closes, stingers, bumpers and promo beds. So far, at least 6 NBC affiliates are currently using The Rock. EXTERNAL LINKS
