The Island of Time is a . The story of ''The Warrior Within'' takes place almost entirely on the Island. ]] The Island of Time is a dark and isolated bit of land shrouded in mist and encircled by turbulent seas. Through a rather tragic and ironic series of events, the Empress Of Time , Kaileena , had fled to the Island and built a grand fortress there in an attempt to ward off her untimely demise. She had glimpsed her future and knew that one day The Prince would find and kill her. Too late she realized that she had not built a fortress, but a tomb. The Prince travels to the Island of Time to destroy the very source of the Sands of Time, while dodging the guardian of the Timeline, Dahaka , who has every intention of killing The Prince. The Prince will need to travel through the fortress and the island itself to complete his mission. It is said, but not proven, that three mystical items, The Dagger of Time, the Medallion, and the Staff, were created on the Island of Time by The Empress herself. |
