It started on September 16 , 2002 with 10 stations and has grown to encompass 39% of American television audiences.
The three-hour program is broadcast every weekday morning. It is currently carried in 139 U.S. Television markets. In 2005 the show was dropped in 4 markets, including Pittsburgh, San Francisco, Columbus, and Indianapolis. But the show was picked up in 6 markets, including Austin, Detroit, Atlanta, Boston, Cincinnati, and Honolulu.
When the show began, it was broadcast out of WBDT-TV in Dayton, Ohio . The show moved to Orlando in August 2004 and is currently broadcast out of WKCF-TV .
