Steven Blum

Steven Jay Blum (born April 28 , 1965 ) is a Voice Actor known primarily for his work in Anime Dubs and Video Games .

Fans of Cartoon Network 's Toonami can recognize Blum's voice as the TOM , the block's robotic host. He was also recently heard in a Geico Commercial .
