Soon-Yi Previn or '''Soon-Yi Farrow''' (born October 8 , 1970 ) is a Korea n- American woman who is the Adopted daughter of Mia Farrow and Conductor André Previn . Her husband is the Director Woody Allen . BIRTH AND ADOPTION Born in South Korea , she was adopted by Mia Farrow in 1978, when she was seven years old. WOODY ALLEN Soon-Yi gained national attention in 1992 when it was revealed she was having a relationship with her mother's long-time romantic partner, Woody Allen. Mia Farrow discovered the affair when she found nude photographs of her adopted daughter, taken by Woody Allen in his apartment. The press coverage was negative, not only because of her relation to Allen's long-time partner, but also because of the age difference between Soon-Yi and Allen. He is 35 years older than Soon-Yi. Soon-Yi and Allen married on December 24 , 1997 in the Palazzo Cavalli in Venice , Italy . They have two adopted daughters, Bechet Allen and Manzie Tio Allen, both named after Jazz musicians ( Sidney Bechet and Manzie Johnson ). TRIVIA
