Skanska is a Multinational heavy- Construction company based in Sweden . In the 1980s the company name was changed from ''Skånska Cementgjuteriet'' literally the " Scanian Concrete Foundry" to ''Skanska''. One of Koch Skanska's (then Karl Koch Erecting) contracts was the construction of the World Trade Center 's steel frames in 1967 – 1971 .
