The San Antonio Dragons were an International Hockey League Franchise during the 1990s . The team played in the Freeman Coliseum and occasionally the Alamodome. The team was literally thrown together at the last minute. For the first month of the season, the Dragons wore all white (home) and all black (road) jerseys because the new jersey designs had not come in yet. The team never drew many fans and folded after two seasons due to financial problems. |
