Scade

SCADE is a commercial product from the Esterel Technologies Company. It stands for '''S'''afety '''C'''ritical '''A'''pplication '''D'''evelopment '''E'''nvironment.

It is based upon the formal, synchronous and data-flow oriented Lustre Programming Language and generates C or Ada . It is qualified as a development tool for DO-178B up to level A. As a result, it's main application field are Aerospace and Avionics , but it's also used in other industries as well (automotive, rail transportation, heavy equipments, etc.)
