Rygge is a municipality in the county of Østfold, Norway .

Rygge Air station, first built by German forces during World War II , is situated in Rygge and its nabouring municipality Råde. Rygge is one of the largest establishments of the Royal Norwegian Air Force . The Air Station is also the base for the Air Warfare Centre .
The emblems of Rygge are Milky Quartz and the Pasque Flower .
