Before moving to America, Fragar was the music pastor for Hillsong Church (formerly Hills Christian Life Centre) in Sydney , Australia . He is probably best known for the time he spent there as piano player and song writer (music and lyrics). His songs include ''He Shall Be Called'', ''Great in Power'' and ''Because Of Your Love''. Several of his songs can be found on earlier albums of Hillsong Music . Fragar's daughter Michelle, is now a worship leader at Hillsong Church and his written several songs on recent recordings.
