Professor Richard E. Taylor, CC , FRS , FRSC , Ph.D. , M.Sc , B.Sc (born November 2 , 1929 in Medicine Hat, Alberta ) is an Canadian-American professor ( Emeritus ) at Stanford University and the laureate of the 1990 Nobel Prize For Physics .
