Microsoft C++ Compiler . Rice Video v6.1.1 beta 1 has applied cartoony cell shading tenchique to
Nintendo 64 ROMs with a hacked plugin file using the '''high resolution texture loader'''. Rice Video 5.2.x is compatible with
DirectX 8.0. Rice Video 5.6.x is compatiable with
DirectX 8.1. It is the most video card friendly plugin available. Also can be used to dump textures in
PNG and
BMP .
