PLOT

SG-1 discovers a massacred NID sleeper cell that houses a sadistic scientist along with his failed experiment, a Goa'uld-Human chimera.

NOTES

Richard Dean Anderson ( Jack O'Neill ) and Don S. Davis ( General Hammond ) do not appear in this episode (for the first time two regulars did not appear).

When it came to negotiations for the seventh season of Stargate SG-1, Amanda Tapping insisted that her directing of an episode be part of the contract.

This is the only Earth-bound episode not to feature any scenes at the SGC, Stargate and in which Don S. Davis does not appear.

This is the first episode directed by a woman (Amanda Tapping).
