''Remix'' is a Indian Television series produced by ''Rose Audio Visuals Pvt. Ltd.'' It airs on India's new and upcoming channel STAR ONE. In its first year itself it has created a rage among teens and has been named the most successful Indian Teen show. ''Remix'' has entered it second season. The series is set in an elite school and college named ''"Maurya High"'' located at ''Mumbai''. The students of this university are usually from very rich backgrounds but there are also a good number of scholarship students. The show aims at portraying best how teens of this generation look at life. It targets the importance of friendship and relationships. The series also emphasizes on the new attitude of the adolescents. It inspires the youth to follow what is right and not what they are obligated to. The main characters of this show are Tia, Ranveer, Yuvi and Ashi. The story revolves around these central characters and other supporting characters that play friends to the protagonists. One of its main plots is the formation of a band by the four main characters. The band is named ''"Remix".'' The producers have tied up with India’s popular band named "AASMA" who have recorded all the songs for the show. Remix has also released an album '''''"REMIX"''''' that turned out to be India's most popular music album. CHARACTERS ''Yuvraj Dev'' is politician Yashwant Dev's son. He's filthy rich and gets whatever he wants. Almost. Has passion for music but can’t follow his dreams because he fears to tell his father abt his liking for music. Yuvi is his nick and he is a very popular student in Maurya ''Anvesha Banerjee Rey'' is red haired, naughty, rebellious daughter of famous film actress Soniya Rey. Anvesha better known as Ashi is her mom's only daughter and since her parents divorce she’s been living with her mom. Soniya Rey is forced to put Ashi in Maurya High so that her ex husband doesn’t cause problems for custody. Ashi on her first day hits off on a bad note with Yuvraj Dev. ''Tia Ahuja'' looks like an angel and is her father's precious princess. Considered the most beautiful and happening girl in school. She is a rich industrialist Mr. Sumeet Abuja’s daughter. And has lost her mom quite early in her life, hence is very close to her father whom she calls "papa". She has her own signature tune and sign and is always seen with her two precious friends whom she refers to as "tia's angels". ''Ranveer Sissodia'' is a young man who has recently seen the loss of his father. Ranveer knows that his father has committed suicide soon after he had a deal with Mr. Ahuja (tia's father) and hence believes that Mr. Ahuja is responsible for his father's death. Ranveer decides to come to maurya and to use tia ahuja and in turn take revenge from the Ahuja family. Only to realize that the girl he sees in school and is instantly attracted to is actually 'Tia'. However he wouldn’t stay without taking his revenge. |
