GEOGRAPHY


Reliance is located at 43°52'43" North, 99°36'4" West (43.878490, −99.601138).

As of the Census of 2000, there were 206 people, 84 households, and 54 families residing in the town. The Population Density was 73.0/km&2 (189.4/mi&2). There were 92 housing units at an average density of 32.6/km&2 (84.6/mi&2). The racial makeup of the town was 90.29% White , 0.00% African American , 5.34% Native American , 0.00% Asian , 0.00% Pacific Islander , 0.00% from Other Races , and 4.37% from two or more races. 0.00% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.
