Eddie Villanueva and ''Jesus Is Lord Movement'' the right the acquire the frequency held by Channel 11. Villanueva paid Velarde for the stocks and assets held by Delta Broadcasting System (DBS). After 2 years of airing, the two parties had disagreements on the signed contact, ZOE-TV stopped airing CNBC Asia and Enternet bolted out and filed a case on Villanueva.
In 2001, ZOE-TV became the first TV station to air the second
EDSA Revolution . In 2004, Villanueva resigned as Chairman on ZOE TV to run for Philippine President. After ending in the last position in the election, Villanueva regained the Chairmanship and continued his TV talk shows on ZOE.

UHF programming. Citynet UHF 27 was launched in
1995 . Poised to compete with
ABS-CBN 's
Studio 23 ,
GMA also catered American TV series. Citynet signed an agreement with
NBA for basketball TV rights. In 1998, IBC-13 through
Vintage Television , won the NBA TV rights and Citynet decided to change the
their TV airtime block to EMC (Entertainment Music Channel). In

The station is poised to compete with
ABS-CBN Studio 23 . At its first month, Qtv Channel 11 became the third highest rating television station in
Mega Manila beating
ABC-5 .
However since the station started airing its shows,
