The Prosperous Justice Party (''Partai Keadilan Sejahtera''/'''PKS''') is a Political Party in Indonesia . At the last Legislative Elections held on 5 April 2004 , the party won 7.3 % of the popular vote and 45 out of 500 seats. The PKS is a religious political party in Indonesia. It is a 'reincarnation' of former Justice Party (''Partai Keadilan'') which liquidated because lack of vote in 1999 election. However due to strong virtuous image they gain significant seat at 2004 .
