There are woods to the north, south, west, and northeast of Pine Grove, and to the east of Pine Grove is the town of Simcoe . Further south of Pine Grove is Turkey Point and Lake Erie which separates the region from the United States Of America , and further north is the town of Delhi . Because Pine Grove is a small hamlet, commerce is rather limited and people need to shop for groceries in either Simcoe or Delhi. Pine Grove contains a gas station, a car repair shop, a seasonal French fry stand that is located next to the gas station, and a Reflexology clinic.
