He made his England debut February 1 against France in 1975 , and his last appearance against Wales on March 17 1984 against Wales , gaining 41 caps inbetween. He went on the 1977 British Lions tour to South Africa. He also was an early advocate of professionalism. He is now Chief Executive of Leicester Tigers , a club run by former players.
