He managed a Cardiff bookshop, Oriel, for thirty years, and was editor of several Poetry magazines, notably '' Second Aeon ''. He is also an expert on Self-publishing . Since 1998 , he has been chief executive of Yr Academi Gymreig , the Welsh National Literature Promotion Agency & society for Writers.
