Information About

One World Religion

One World Religion (OWR) is the view taken by many New Age theorists that eventually all of the World 's Religion s, or at least portions of them, will combine to form the one "true" religion. It is believed by some that there are both truths and inaccuracies in all of the Major World Religions . During a period of Spiritual Enlightenment , the truths and inaccuracies will be made clear to the world through a gradual or spontaneous shift in world wide Spiritual Consciousness . Once this occurs, there will no longer be the need for War , Terrorism or other types of conflicts based on different religious or spiritual beliefs. Although unproven to eventually happen, some conspiracy theorists allegedly have documented evidence that world leaders are planning to do just this.

THE NEW CHURCH

Members of The New Church believe that the New Church will become the One World Religion, which was prophesied of in Daniel 2:29-35. It is believed that the statue represents in order, the Most Ancient Church (Gold), The Ancient Church(Silver), The Jewish Church(bronze), and the Christian Church (iron mixed with clay), and that the stone which crushes them all is the New Church.

It is also believed that the New Jerusalem spoken of in Revelation is now descending to earth as the Lord's New Church, and His final Church. It is believed that the Lord always has a specific church by means of which He connects most directly with people on earth. It is believed that the Christian Church has fallen and been judged and that now the Lord is establishing the New Christian Church, within which He will now abide specifically.

It will not be clear in every case who members of the New Church are, since it is seen as a spiritual phenomena, under the Lord's guidance. However, the core beliefs of members of the New Church are that Jesus Christ is the One God of Heaven and Earth, and that one must follow His commands in order to be saved from sin.
