The OGC reports to the Chief Secretary To The Treasury , a junior position in the British Cabinet . The OGC was formed on 1 April 2001 , and provides services previously undertaken by The Buying Agency (TBA), the Central Computer and Telecommunications Agency (CCTA), and Property Advisers to the Civil Estate (PACE).
