Nottingham Victoria Station




Nottingham Joint Station Committee in 24 May 1900 and closed on 3 July 1967 by British Railways , London Midland Region . The station was large, with 12 platforms, and ideally situated in the city centre. It was demolished and the site is now occupied by the Victoria Centre shopping centre, though the clock tower survives.
Nottingham also had 2 other station in the city itself, Nottingham High Level (London Road)
& Nottingham Low level, Both of which also were closed due to the beeching cuts.
