GEOGRAPHY

North Henderson is located at 41°5'23" North, 90°28'31" West (41.089830, -90.475184).

According to the United States Census Bureau , the village has a total area of 0.6 Km&2 (0.2 Mi&2 ). 0.6 km&2 (0.2 mi&2) of it is land and none of it is covered by water.


DEMOGRAPHICS

As of the Census of 2000, there were 187 people, 74 households, and 52 families residing in the village. The Population Density was 328.2/km&2 (832.3/mi&2). There were 77 housing units at an average density of 135.1/km&2 (342.7/mi&2). The racial makeup of the village was 100.00% White , 0.00% African American , 0.00% Native American , 0.00% Asian , 0.00% Pacific Islander , 0.00% from Other Races , and 0.00% from two or more races. 1.07% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.

There were 74 households out of which 31.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 56.8% were Married Couples living together, 13.5% had a female householder with no husband present, and 28.4% were non-families. 27.0% of all households were made up of individuals and 10.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.53 and the average family size was 3.04.

In the village the population was spread out with 24.1% under the age of 18, 6.4% from 18 to 24, 33.2% from 25 to 44, 19.8% from 45 to 64, and 16.6% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 36 years. For every 100 females there were 110.1 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 100.0 males.
