is a highway in extreme northeastern
Missouri . Its northern terminus is the
Iowa state line over the
Des Moines River where the road continues as
Iowa State Highway 27 (for which it was numbered after). Its southern terminus is at
U.S. Highway 61 west of
Alexandria . This route was formerly
Missouri Supplemental Route B and Spur
U.S. Highway 136 .
Wayland is the only town on the highway.
