Miguel da Paz of Portugal ( Prince son of King Manuel I Of Portugal and his first wife Isabella Of Aragon . He was born in Zaragoza , Spain on August 24 1498 the year the Portuguese explorer Vasco Da Gama discovered the route to India by sea. He was during the next two years the heir to the throne of both Portugal and Spain. He died young in Granada on July 19 1500 and is buried in the Convent of Saint Isabella, the Royal, in Toledo . |
