Midland Train Station, is a Transperth train station 16km apart from Perth Train Station , in Western Australia , and is the terminus of the suburban rail service on the Midland Line . The Midland train station, like the greater Midland area, suffers from a relatively high level of crime. This has led to the introduction of a fenced and locked car parking area in an effort to reduce motor vehicle theft. PLATFORMS
: Transwa Prospector , to Kalgoorlie as well as : Transwa Avonlink to Northam . Also used for special trains such as : Spirit Of The West , and ''' Hotham Valley Railway ''' excursion trains.
