Michael Reilly Burke is an Actor . He played Rex Van de Kamp on the Pilot of '' Desperate Housewives ''. He was replaced with Steven Culp . He also appeared in The WB series '' Charmed '' in the episode Heartbreak City . Also he starred as Ted Bundy in the 2003 Movie Ted Bundy, which was a straight to video/DVD release.
