His touring car career includes five Australian Touring Car/ V8 Supercar championships ( 1992 , 1994 , 2000 , 2001 , 2002 ) and five Bathurst 1000 victories ( 1991 and 1992 with Jim Richards driving a Nissan Skyline ; 2001 with Tony Longhurst , 2002 with Jim Richards again and 2005 with Todd Kelly , the last three in Holden Commodore s). A Holden driver since 1993, he now owns the Holden Racing Team . After a poor 2004 V8 Supercar season, Skaife's 2005 results have improved, finishing 5th in the championship behind his Holden Racing Team team mate Todd Kelly . Mark equalled touring car legend Peter Brock's record for most round victories in the Australian Touring Car Championship on Sunday April 23rd. Brock and Skaife are tied for 37 wins.
