Marc Blucas (born January 11 , 1972 in Butler, Pennsylvania ) is an American Actor . He is 6'2", and was the star center on Girard High Basketball Team. He also played basketball at Wake Forest University and graduated in 1994 after one season playing on the same court with Tim Duncan . After he did not make it into the NBA , Blucas moved to England , where he played pro basketball for a year. He later decided to become a lawyer, but he changed his mind and went into acting. His first movie was '' Inflammable '', made in 1995 . He is best known for playing Riley Finn in '' Buffy The Vampire Slayer ''. FILMOGRAPHY
