''Magica'' is Dio's eight studio Album . It was released 21 March , 2000 through Spitfire Records . Magica marks the return of guitarist Craig Goldy, who also has performed on Dio's '' Dream Evil '' ( 1987 ) and '' Master Of The Moon '' ( 2004 ) albums. Magica also features Jimmy Bain on bass, Simon Wright on drums, and Scott Warren on keyboards. Dio's vocalist Ronnie James Dio produced this conceptual album. The album peaked at #13 on the U.S. charts.
